Account & Data Deletion Request

At Rentellor (operated by Zieho Realtech Private Limited), we respect your privacy rights and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and applicable data protection regulations, you can request the permanent deletion of your Rentellor user account and all associated personal data.

Requesting account deletion will permanently deactivate your account access across all Rentellor applications (Android, Mobile Web, and Web Platform).

Option A: Submit Request Form Online (Recommended)

You can request deletion directly using the web request form below. Enter your registered mobile number used on your Rentellor account:

Option B: Email Deletion Request

You can also email your account deletion request directly to our customer support team:

• ✓Include the Subject line: Rentellor Account Deletion Request
• ✓Provide your registered mobile number and full name associated with your Rentellor account
• ✓Our support team will verify your ownership and process the account deletion within 48-72 hours

Option C: Delete Account in Android App

You can also initiate deletion directly from the mobile app by going to:
Profile Settings → Delete Account → Confirm Deletion Request

Upon completion of the deletion process, the following account data and personal information are permanently deleted from our production databases:

• ✕User Profile: Name, mobile number, email address, avatar image, and profile preferences
• ✕Property Listings: All posted property listings, photos, videos, pricing details, and addresses
• ✕Activity & Wishlists: Saved properties, search history, property interactions, and preferences
• ✕Leads & Contacts: Unlocked lead contact history and tenant inquiry records
• ✕Device & Authentication: Active login sessions, refresh tokens, and push notification FCM tokens

Certain transactional and legal data may be retained temporarily to comply with Indian statutory laws, financial regulations, and fraud prevention requirements:

• Payment & Billing History: Razorpay transaction IDs, GST invoice records, and coin/plan purchases are retained for 90 days for accounting, tax auditing, and regulatory compliance under Indian GST and RBI guidelines.
• Audit Logs: Anonymized security audit logs (without PII) may be retained for up to 90 days for cybersecurity monitoring.
• Purge Expiry: Following the 90-day statutory retention period, all remaining financial audit entries associated with the account are automatically and permanently purged.

• Request Processing: Deletion requests submitted online or via email are acknowledged within 24 hours and executed within 48 to 72 hours.
• Account Deactivation: Your account access will be disabled immediately upon verification.
• Data Removal: Complete database deletion of profile, listings, and media assets will be completed within 7 days of request submission.
