To use Rentellor, you must:

• ✓Use the Platform only for lawful purposes

Rentellor reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if the information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent.

Property owners and property consultants are responsible for the information they provide in their listings. All listings should:

• ✓Contain accurate property information
• ✓Use genuine property photographs and videos
• ✓Clearly mention applicable rental prices
• ✓Reflect the actual availability of the property
• ✓Be posted only by a person authorized to advertise the property
• ✓Not contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal information

Rentellor may review, modify, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
